I'm thinking I'd have to come in with the info first, or people are just going to assume a painted rear bumper cover means a hit to the rear bumper, and may walk away without sharing their concerns.
What's more, the unblemished sticker shows the part has been repainted zero times. Now, it suggests the part has been repainted an unknown number of times, equal to or greater than one.
They just stopped using that program.
