I'm strongly considering this for our next mall crawler. There seems to be an abundance of S models with the V8 on the market, do they have any issues? docwyte mentioned the V8s have cylinder scoring issues.
It's really hard to see any negatives with the Cayenne, other than reliability compared to a Toyota for example. Is it worth getting an "aftermarket" warranty or finding CPO? CPO moves pricing very high, and the CPO warranty isn't that great compared to others.
