So, what do you know? I know the USPS uses them, though they cover the logo so people don't have a heart attack.
I see they can tow 5000lb.
Big box on wheels.
Reliability?
Just started looking. I want to replace the pair of Astro/Safaris I have.

We drove one a few years ago: 2019 Mercedes-Benz Metris Cargo Van new car review.
And my thoughts on the passenger version of the Mercedes-Benz Metris.
Okay then. That's two in a row for me. First the Dodge Journey. Now the Metris. At least you all liked the Prius C I got.
My friend and neighbor who built his own Lowcost in his garage traded a SAAB Sport Combi in on one.
He's had it for 3-4 years so far. No idea what he thinks about it, but he still has it.
Sorry, not particularly helpful info there. If you're interested, I can ask him.
[edit] Never mind, he answered in the first response at David's article link.
I talked to my mail carrier about the one she drives now the other day. She said all her friends thought it was cool she got to drive a Mercedes, but she wanted her old LLV back. She said the only part she really liked was that it has enough power to jump back into the flow of traffic on busier streets.
It's a different experience than what many expect from a Mercedes-Benz, but, overall, I had a great time with the Metris.
That being said, unless you really want/need to be seen in a Mercedes-Benz, I'm not sure there are enough compelling reasons to choose the Metris over a different brand.

According to my friend HFmaxi, gross vehicle weight and towing capacity are pretty compelling.
In reply to gearheadE30 :
My mailman said the same. It seems the Metrises (Metri?) only come out when there's a shortage of LLVs.
