I am in need of a new radiator for my e46 325iT, the car is a manual and will be my DD. I would like to do a track day or two per year but am not sure if that will happen. I have a friend who builds custom radiators and has offered to build one for me. Is it worth getting a custom performance radiator for a street car? Will this affect gas mileage or anything else that I am currently taking for granted?

Thanks,
Joshua

I got a factory one from a Z3M, its 3 rows instead of 2, in my e36 M3. Thats a good cheap alternative. Make sure you also change the water reservoir tank as well and get the metal bleeder while at it.
