Appears to be as described...... tempted to go have a look see because it's dirt cheap, and at least as far as I can tell, as long as the HG isn't sneezed, fixing the lighting thing should be cheap. Anything else I should be wary of?
I'm pretty sure that, as long as it runs a little bit, there's enough room in the back to haul home a V8 to swap into the engine bay.

I've slept in the back of mine. Plenty of room with the seats folded
Also they make great temporary sheds.
You could part it for more than he's asking.

Beat up and worn out but cheap. Nothing broken that would be tough to fix, or that wouldn't be dealt with in the course of modifying anyway. If you're looking for a project and this one's solid enough not to scare you away, I'd say the little stuff has nickel and dimed this car down to a reasonable price.
