My wife is thinking of buying mats for her van. This past winter was brutal on the interior and we'd like to keep it nice. So.. I'm going to have the swagger wagon detailed this summer and then we'll throw some mats on the floor. We know about weathertech, anything else out there?
I have some heavy rubber mats from costco in my car. They are good, but not like the weather tech liners.
Vehicle is 2013 sienna.
Husky
Every single vehicle I have owned in the last couple of decades has gotten Huskys installed on day 1.
Pretty sure those are your two answers if you want full coverage. Weathertech or Husky.

This, and check the coverage. Look carefully at the website photos for your particular car and check brand-specific forums if you can. I've had both, but my SHO and Fusion both got Huskys because the Weathertechs barely covered more than the factory mats, whereas the Huskys actually cover up and over the side rail.
I'm also starting to see more folks talking about 3D MAXpider mats. They look a bit nicer, but seem like they'd be harder to clean, so I stuck with Husky.
Another vote for the Husky's. I've had them in my wife's Mazda 3 since new (2011) and they have held up great, cover well, and are easy to clean. I looked at the Weathertech's and Husky's for the new F-150, and the Husky's covered better and were slightly cheaper. I've had them for 2 months and would recommend them in a heartbeat!
Also worth noting, I had the 3D Maxpider liners in the BRZ for 3yrs. I really liked them for that car, they covered well, had good grip, were thin, practically weightless, and looked good with clean. With that said, the grippy texture showed dirt immediately, and was not easily cleaned. Also after 3yrs, the driver's side heal reinforcement pad was starting to delaminate from the mat. I think they have their place in a second car, but I wouldn't put them in a van, truck or dd that see more wear and use.
Along with the new 2019 Mazda CX-9 back in November came the Maxliner floor mats under the Christmas tree. At first I was dubious, since I've always liked carpet and figured they looked a little too much like a truck bedliner. But the fit is very good, and honestly, you don't really notice them much down there on the floor under your boots, and they've been great for the soggy, muddy weather we've had this winter.
Recommended.

I have Husky's in my Focus. The only thing I do not like is that the drivers mat tends to slide forward over time. The hooks do not exactly hold it in place. The Focus has some factory buttons to hold the factory mats in place. The Husky is just molded with clearance over those buttons. I wish it incorporated the use of those fasteners.
Other than that, they are great! Do a great job of protecting the carpet and are easy to remove for cleaning.
Goddamn it I just ordered WeatherTech for mama’s Ody last week. I’ve never heard of Husky until this thread.

A few of the Mazdaspeed3 folks I know run the 3d MAXpider mats. I really like the idea of them as they look much nicer than the injection molded mats. I know it's a function more than form thing with floor mats, but I just can't help but remember the interior of my Dads 80's Toyota pickup when I look at the plastic ones.
Now for the cargo area... Oh hell yes.

Honestly, if the coverage was the same, I'd have stuck with Weathertech, I think they look a bit nicer than Huskys. So you're probably fine.
Husky is what I put in the Silverado. It covers the entirety of the front and rear floor, including under the back seat. A+
I've had this idea about putting down a layer of heavy duty plastic sheet on the floor, then bringing the car to a bedliner place and having them spray a layer on the plastic. It would probably turn into a big mess, but theoretically you could end up with a nice form fitting mat that's just about indestructible.
I put husky in my truck, but had weathertech in my last car. Both great options, and weathertech service is awesome (replaced the worn-through mats on my 10 year/130k mile car)
The OEM GMC foul weather mats in my Yukon are Husky and they don't go under the loud pedal AT ALL so the carpet is crusty right there. Not pleased with that design decision on GM/Husky's part. Otherwise mats are fine. First Husky mats I've had. Weathertech has never been a bad decision based on my experiences with them.
Oh, I've also been looking for mats for my Cougar and Lloyd Mats offer rubber/TPE mats. I am looking for carpet mats for that car so I didn't look at their all-weather offerings but may be worth a look.
I stopped at an estate sale today. There was a set of Weathertech mats there for sale for $1.00/each. However, they were shaped wrong for my car, plus they were green, so I didn't buy them.

That's interesting. The Huskys in my Silverado go under the pedals. That must have been a GM decision.

I have a set of Huskys in our Ram dually.
One thing I haven't seen mentioned is that the Huskys have a slightly more 'rubbery' texture than the Weathertech, which seems to make them less slippery when wet. Getting in/out of a truck, that little extra bit of grip helps.
The rear seat options for the Sienna from both husky and weathertech both stink if you slide the middle seats around much. There are only a couple options that work with the sliders and neither is very good.
I'm a big fan of WeatherTech, and it doesn't hurt that they support everyone's favorite amateur sports car racing magazine....
Another vote for WeatherTech. I need to order a set for the Land Rover, but all of the other cars have them.
