It's been a good little bit since I've been on here, so long in fact my old account(wowreallypaul) seems to have vanished.
Anyways, I ran into a fun problem while replacing the turbo on the bike. The a270 marked stainless bolts actually bent slightly and where colored like the rainbow from the heat. I know Inconel is the next best thing for this, but cannot find m8x1.25 cap screws(18, 25, & 35mm) or m10x1.50 45mm long bolts for sale anywhere. And when I do find a source, it's distributor level quantities.
My manifold is not set up to run studs, so this is making it even more fun. I'm guessing the old bolts bent due to both heat and pressure, but am not entirely sure.
So, as the thread title states, I'm after basically a turbo kit worth of inconel hardware and am having a heck of a time finding it. Thanks, and hopefully I'll be checking back in with everyone soon. Paul
The one and only time I have used these where we could not find something of the shelf the machine shop made inserts for the holes so we could use off the shelf bolts. I cannot even begin to help you find a supplier but looking at some of our books we used someone called. "vision alloy" at one point.
If you can use studs, Flyin Miata had the best price on a package of studs with the locking hardware in m8x1.25 back when we were trying to upgrade our SR20 stuff...
Manifold to downpipe bolts on e36 M3 are inconel.

Size M10x40mm. Not sure on the pitch.
Otherwise maybe get in touch with these guys:

Recommend exercising your Google-foo to see what hits you get. Price wise, probably the the cheapest way is finding an aftermarket performance auto parts supplier that carries what you need, typically studs. I found some to mount a turbocharger.
In reply to Slippery :
KD were the first I contacted, didn't sell small quantities.
I might have to look into the bmw bolts though. It might make bolting it up a PITA being 5mm shorter, but they might work in a pinch. The biggest thing for me on Inconel would be the M10's, as that's my manifold to turbine housing. The m8's are just for the 5 bolt outlet and external wastegate to the manifold and exhaust.

I give up about 10 pages worth of unproductiveness in......only thing that uses studs on the exhaust of this bike is the manifold to head, and that's already Inconel with copper nuts.
Check Aircraft Spruce, lots of airplanes use inconel hardware.
Aren't the Nissan sr20det turbo studs and nuts inconel??
The turbo RX-7s used Iconel nuts on the manifolds. I'm not sure of the size anymore, but your local dealer may be able to get them.
Some sources may list them under "nickel" instead of Inconel.
We get a lot of race car hardware from these folks...

Many thanks, last I knew this was set to WowReallyPaul and couldn't find it.
Edit: and amusingly, it still is.
