To say I know Mr Tom H. would be an exaggeration.  Rather, we share a close friend.  Wes Blazer is a super close friend of mine and he is a super close friend of Tom yet Tom and I hardly know each other.  All this revolves around the world of sailboat racing. Though I have met Tom, briefly, I've never raced aboard with him; rather raced against him. 

My understanding is he is a wildly successful IP Attorney (read as "extremely expensive".)  However, if he is not your man, he might have a lead for you.  

His racing sailboat is named Independence.
