So many of you have heard of the Lingenfelter collection. I’m lucky living in SE Michigan that it’s close by (See, I keep telling you lot Michigan and the Detroit area is an awesome place to live)

Now we've all seen those C5 Corvette's with the nose and tail of a 53 Vette tacked on that just look stupid, tacky, ugly and, well ugly. This is the same idea, but for me at least it just plain works. I have a stupid amount of want for these. It's a C6 with 63/64 styling cues.

20 years ago when I first moved here I went to look at one of these (twin turbo Calloway) for $20K, stupidly I turned it down as it was an auto not a manual, and I still stupidly didn't believe in auto's at that time.

I am not a big fan of Vettes but that street legal C6R is sweet.

Another from the "awesomely bad" file, this is a custom third-gen Firebird called a "Knightmare", no doubt trying to capitalize on the popularity of "Knight Rider":

A cool E28 that was parked out front:

That white/blue "TrashCan" Camaro behind the Calloway was their showcar for their booths on that conversion. Beautiful car that even got the Pontiac treatment on the inside.

Also, I miss the days of them bringing collection cars down from Decatur, IN to Muncie dragway.
