Great question. I feel PRI is a great mixer of great people from all sorts of motorsport disciplines. Networking is a big deal here but it's also about getting exposed to things that you might not typically see where you frequent. I travel quite a bit, in a variety of circles, and I still encounter new things. That I feel is todays value for PRI in an era where new products aren't always debuted at PRI or SEMA.
PRI is awesome if you're actually involved in the industry and want to stay up to date on tech. I spent lots of time in the Dynocom booth and Mainline booth. Checked out a laser cleaning setup I've been curious about and got to actually demo it myself, talk to engineers, etc. Also got to catch up with a ton of other industry friends and meet face to face with the reps i deal with over the phone. . So..if you have a need, its well worth it. SEMA however I refuse to attend
Its all about seeing something you didn't know you needed, until you knew you needed it. Also a lot of behind the scenes networking around town after the doors close each afternoon.

Same. Lots of rod and piston enhancement products. Ford also had that 610hp Godzilla crate engine on display. I did see maybe it was Texas speed had a cnc ported 7.3 head on display.
