We went last night for dinner and now they have little stop watches next to the items that come out quickly.

We finished the day 10th in class. Now time to rotate tires and look the car over.

The turtles! My first w2w race was an arrive and drive with them in their little beetles at Barber, fast car and great people - I hope they're doing well!

We had to go help bring power back to Texas.

Questions: Class B or C? Should be C because of power, or B because Corolla reliability.

How are the new tires doing? Sticky, durable, cheap?

We are in class C and the tires are doing good, still look new.

And just to clarify: The Armstrong tires had some rub and were down on pace, so we swapped back to a set of Falken RT615K+. We'll test the Armstrong tires at the FIRM when we get back and see what we really have there.

We have moved up a spot to 9th in class and we are 55th overall. We are keeping Britt in the car till the track goes cold for quiet hour at 11 am.

The car's home brewed defroster seems to be working well, too.

You do know the Barbasol trick for the windshield, right?

Looks like all the teams found the warm dry spot at the track.

We just had Britt come in for a fogged windshield and we put some on to see if it helps.

During church hour, do this...all inside the windshield

Clean with Windex, wipe dry with paper towel

Apply thin layer of Barbasol, must be the foam not the gel.

Wipe down with paper towels using light pressure

Wipe down with microfiber towels using moderately firm pressure until windshield is clear.

Enjoy racing in the rain with clear vision!!

We've been doing this for years.  We usually pit near HQ and wind up helping dozens of teams every time it rains.

Tom...take notes.

While the CRX does have a heater core and fan/vents, it has no a/c.  So windshield fogging on a warm, wet day could be a thing.
