Thanks for mentioning Tire Streets in some of your articles because this has been a great find for me. I have 15x8 and 15x9 wheels on my 240Z and finding low profile performance tires has been difficult. They stock a lot(!) of Accelera tires in 200tw low profile designs at very very reasonable prices, so THANK YOU for just mentioning them in your articles.

Just got out of the car, and WOW is the visibility bad. Even with fresh shaving cream and a rag on a stick, it's nearly impossible to drive.

LOL - your windshield, or lack thereof is INTENSE. No wonder you spun, they should just send you right back out as a reward for being able to see the black flag and find the box.
Bimmer-world grid defroster on the inside of the windshield is awesome for future reference, I know that won't help now - but maybe next time.
And the race is over! We finished 5th in class out of 28 cars and 38th overall out of 131 cars. Not too bad for a 3-speed automatic Corolla!
