Sorry to revive a slightly older thread but this came up in my research. I'm curious as to which Bilstein kit you had and what springs? What springs did you couple with the Koni's? I just picked up an 07 E91 and I'm looking at suspension upgrades.

I'm pretty sure they were the HDs (B6 in current nomenclature). There's only one Eibach offering, and those are still on the car, though I'm considering going to the H&R OE Sports, which are purported to be a bit softer.

Better for daily use. As is typical, the Bilsteins made you feel every tiny imperfection, while the Konis do a better job of filtering them out. FWIW, I've got the Konis on full soft right now. If I go with the H&Rs, I may ramp up the adjustment.
