Looks like this hasn't been posted yet:

I like the look of it, it's like a futuristic C3 Corvette...actually reminds me a bit of Chuck's car from Motorcity

Pretty renderings, where's the car?

Like every other Exo car, it would be improved with side panels.

Haha at least that's for a turn-key Rally Fighter. I wonder what the SF-01 will cost?

I was giving this guy E36 M3 on another forum for naming their car after me.

The designer said: The longest wheel base configuration was chosen for the SF-01 for several reasons... ...Another reason is to allow for a lower frontal cross section from the bodywork. This provides better aerodynamic stability, performance, and gives the SF-01 more of a rear engine stance and look.

It's always good to start the day of with a laugh!

Wow. I really like the visuals of that one. Sides be damned!

I'd accuse it of being vaporware, but they actually built the Rally Fighter, so maybe they'll come through with this as well. That said, the real question is will it be competitive in price with the other track day special options? I doubt it'll be as inexpensive as an Exocet (for obvious reasons), but as long as it isn't stratospheric color me intrigued.

He should give you one. You know, for royalties and such.

In reply to Matt B:

It seems that they intend to sell it as a roller from the wording. This might make it somewhat reasonable. It will still be in the 20s, minimum, as a roller. Probably more like close to 40k plus you have to install your own drivetrain.

This was obviously written by someone trying to interpret a conversation with an engineer. That rarely goes well...

He later says that the panels are designed to be made in easy open faced molds... That implies fiberglass right? This seems like a great car for running plastic panels pulled on vacuum molds.
