Outside of the normal stuff to check for on a used car of this vintage, anything Merkur specific I should look at? Car is an '88, completely stock 5spd with fairly low miles.
Thinking of getting it to serve as a daily driver, are these pretty reliable? Parts availability?
Any info would be most appreciated.

That be the one. Checked it out last night, was pretty nice but needed a bit more than I can put into a car right now. Owner was very knowledgeable about it and has some cool extras that come with the car.

How is it? What did it need? That thing looks nice, I know its a paint job and such, but still. What was interior and all that? If its half setup, that thing should pull like a freight train!
I ask out of curiosity. Its too far away, I have too little money, and my wife would KILL ME!
