Specifically, the big green part shown in the picture. The one I have turns out to be a bit too rusty for my needs. If any Miata cognozenti on the Northern side of the border, (Southern Ontario) or close to the border in Michigan or NY know of a good part, I would welcome the lead.

The whole thing. Goes all the way back to the end of the transmission tunnel.
Seems like a good place to mention that the NB shell would work for your purposes; it actually has additional bracing, gussets, etc that might be of some value. Not to mention that there would be at least 10 years less exposure to the elements.
NBs like to rot in the front frame rails far more than NAs, so look carefully at any NB donors.
