I am trying to find a company or person to build a wiring harness for my Microsquirt Formula SAE car. I am a mechanical guy and this is the last step in finishing my car. I'd like to have it done by a pro based on my previous electrical troubles.

I have one company lined up, but this car is rather small compared to their usual jobs and I am getting the feeling they may not be interested.

The job is wiring up the fuses and relays to interface with my Microsquirt, and attaching weatherpack or similar connectors to the various sensors and outputs. Basically every wire from the switch panel to the ECU to the engine - coils, injectors, etc. I'm not looking for something super expensive or exotic, but definitely trouble free.

I am located in central Ohio and would be willing to travel up to a few hours and drop the car off for a few days while the work was done. I can also transport the car to and from a shop myself.

So does anybody have any recommendations for shops or individuals who might be up for this kind of work? Hopefully someone with experience in race car wiring that would accept smaller projects.

Thanks for any info you guys might have.

Why don't you do it yourself? I've done two- one major one of a dual module V12, and one my current race car. It's pretty easy.

I have repaired and modified wiring before. I don't enjoy the work, and my level of expertise doesn't provide the quality or reliability of product that I am looking for.

I am also preparing for a cross-country move and graduate school in the fall. I'd like to drive the car this summer, so I am trying to figure out what the costs would be. If I can find someone to do a nice job for a reasonable price, it's worth my money to not worry about it again for a long time.
