With my ae86 getting the 8.8 rear end treatment I've decided swapping to 5 lug will be my best bet. To keep it cheap til I can do the front I'm looking for some explorer bolt pattern (not sure the bolt pattern) wheels that are 15x9 or 15x10 with a decent negative offset (current wheels are -32). Is there anything OEM that comes close to that or am I better off looking at some of the "muscle car" style cheap wheels?
15x10 would be a pretty wide, small diameter wheel by modern standards. Seems like anything that would call for that much tire would likely need wheels of larger diameter to clear big brakes too. Mustang wheels are the proper bolt pattern and they're both cheap and abundant in 10" widths, but they only come in 17" diameter or larger. Same goes for 350z/G35 wheels.
Stock car steel wheels might be the best option
You're probably looking at some steel aftermarket wheels, although 5x4.5" is a pretty common pattern finding 15x10 puts you in truck stuff. I have a set from a Ranger I'll measure tomorrow. They're 15x10 and negative offset. They're also very heavy at 31 pounds each because they're intended for trucks running large tires. I occasionally see aluminum rims in similar sizing, but have no idea what they weigh.

If I can't find anything I may go diamond racing wheels since they are cheap and just deal with weight for now.
Look at transwheel.com. Easily searchable by many measurements available.

Diamonds may be considerably lighter. "Racing" rims are often spun up from steel that's 0.120" thick, or less. The truck rims are typically 0.156" thick with quarter inch thick centers. They're intended for off road bashing.
A bassett steel wheel in 15x10 weighs in at 21 lbs each. Not great, but for a low $ steel wheel it isnt all that heavy.
