Europa is the only car Mrs. Oldtin has banished from the garage on aesthetic grounds (artists...). I'm sure there's others, but that's the one that's been banned by name.
I should vote Lancia, but I'm voting Europa just for sheer weirdness.
For the tall guys and Europa's. I know someone that has had ceveral Europa's and he is 6'4". He modded his to fit by taking the seatrails off the seat and sitting the seat inside the car. When you fasten the seat belts you are basically strapped in and the seat won't move but gives you a couple inches of setback and lowering of the seat.
This is a tough call. More familiar with the Europa so that would probably be why I would go with the Lotus. But the Lancia would be more practical and better suited to my needs. Oh, decisions decisions!! Just glad I don't have to make this decision since either one is not in the picture for me.

This one is hard. I think for me it would depend on the actual car. The Lancia I like the looks better. The Lotus I want to drive more.

I'd have to go with the Scorpion. They're both such terrible ideas, but the Lancia looks better to me. Nobody ever dreams of an affair with an English mistress.

Yes...I know that they obviously aren't high quality fit and finish...but it's just a damn strip of metal 18" long...

Oh no don't get me wrong about Italian women, they are hot (Sophia Loren is the most beautiful woman of all time IMHO) I was just saying don't knock a hot Brit.

Still the Europa for me. The Lancia is nice and all, but... well, like the X19, I'd still rather have a the Brit.
