This particular piece of tech has been driving me crazy. Google searches are no help...they want to sell me remote bleeder kits...which is fine, but all I really need is the bleeder valve thread size since I have all the other hoses and fittings needed. So does anyone know the fitting size at the TOB itself? I am sure there are a ton of LS swap people here so someone might know if I get lucky. This particular slave is from a 98-2002 Camaro

if nobody else can supply the info I have one somewhere in this mess but I have an important delivery arriving soon.  Shooting from the hip it is probably 10x1.0, I do not remember it being very large or coarse.  Throwout was from a 5.7l CTS-V so probably the same.

Edit:  it was right there and the bleeder was loose so I went for it.  I was way wrong, an M8x1.25 bolt threads right in.

Thank you for the distraction from juggling Subaru bucket shims

Thanks!....I ordered a couple different m8x1.25 fittings...one with a flare and one without(prefer to use the one without since it adapts directly to a 4AN size, rather than 3AN the other one adapts to, but it depends on how well it will seal without the flare). I am actually planning on using the LS slave cylinder in place of the one that came with the MT82 trans since that one has no bleeder valve at all and is a PITA to bleed without one.

Turns out the LS1 bleeder valve is actually a different size....I think its m10x1.5mm. The m8x1.25 was too small...oh well, I didn't care and made it work anyway:

I guess I still need a crush washer between the 2 fittings...but speacilized fittings like this are a PITA to find, so yeah, just cut, drill, and tap away.
