Need a carb intake for a 90's LT1 motor for a Lemons car. Anyone know of any cheaper options than the almost $500 JEGS and Summit want for one? Or does anyone have one kicking around they'd like to get rid of?

You can modify nearly any SBC intake to fit it. You just need to use a thicker gasket and re-drill for the center bolt holes. In the video above, the guy is using a monster single plane which caused him troubles, but if you're using a more normal dual plane, it should be a slam dunk.

And since it's a Lemons car I have an Edelbrock Performer I can donate. It'll have to wait until January since I'm out of town until then.
