Now that our BMW M235i sported a set of TSW Nurburgring wheels with Continental ContiSportContact 5 P tires, it was time to go have fun on track. We signed up for a Hooked on Driving track day just a few hours away, at Homestead-Miami Speedway.

Subject: M235 with Limited Slip Differential How does this improve performance on the street? How much less tire wear? How do you adjust traction control? I have found with DTC engaged that in a straight line, it allows maybe 10% slip with both rear tires, which feels pretty hooked-up for acceleration. However, if you are turning, the DTC engages and cuts off the power off--how does this change on the street with the LSD? (Do you have to turn DTC off and dependent on the LSD alone, to control traction?
