It's that time of year again, and I have to subject my Miata to it's yearly inspection. Before I do though, a few questions:

I have replaced the stock steering wheel with a Momo and a quick release. Obviously, this means that the airbag is no longer present. The light is not on, however. Will that fail me? I can easily put the stocker back on, but that leads to question 2:

The seats have been replaced with fixed back racing seats (this is what necessitates the wheel). If I put the stock wheel back on, it's going to be pretty difficult to get in and out of the car. Will this present me with any inspection problems?

I know a few of you have some experience with Massachusetts inspections, or are able to do them yourselves, so some help is appreciated. The car was stock last year, so I was much more confident that it would have no problems. I just want this to be as painless as possible, since it failing for safety means having to fix it immediately.
