Looking to perform a rotary swap of a 2005 RX-8 rotary with a 6-speed transmission into a 1981 Fiat Spider, and need to verify fitment before pulling the trigger on the donor car. I've found the dimensions on the motor in multiple places but I can't seem to find anything on the AZ6 transmission.
Can anyone measure their AZ6's forthe following:
- Diameter of the bellhousing on both X and Y axis's?
- Length from front of the bellhousing to center of the shifter while in the neutral position.
Any help that y'all can provide would be greatly appreciated!
