I wonder if those wheels were mounted on proprietary single pin hubs or something off-the-shelf. 

Followup question, does anyone have single pin adapters to mount these on an MR2?

Probably 10+ years ago at the Porsche swap meet in Hershey, one of the big Porsche dismantlers had a complete Carrera GT engine sitting on a crate ready to be put into the back of someone's pickup.  Price was $100k, which might be a bargain now (I don't really have my hand on the pulse of that market).
