What are the chances that this thing has an LSD? I am trying to track one (any one) down for my challenge car and this might fit the budget if so.

Edit: nevermind. A quick trip over to the Merc world forum told me that there were no traditional LSDs available in this model.
Word on the street is the limited slip diff from a Chrysler SRT product can be made to work, thats all the info I have at the time on it though.

Yup, only the AMGs got them, and even then, many of those do not. On the CLS63, you had to order the $9500 performance package to get it, which sealed the deal with me when I found one with it.
What kinda crappy brand doesn't INCLUDE an LSD on a high end sports sedan....

Because they "simulate" it with the computer braking which ever side starts to spin.... I am sure once you start getting up into the AMG range with 500+ HP, that is kind of hard on the rear brakes, so they put in an actually LSD rear....

Most of them, sadly.
IIRC GRM even had to install a $$ aftermarket LSD on their $$$$$$$ BMW M project car.
Meanwhile, my 95 Miata and 08 Mazdaspeed3 both have factory LSD. Hmmmmm......

The kind that makes 99% of their US market vehicles with automatics in them.
