Is the search feature still avail for the message boards? Trying to find info about 1984 volvo 240t. Found one for sale, but don't know much about volvos. I've briefly been to turbobricks, but wanted info that was alittle less biased, more grassroots-focused. Seller says the car needs the gas tank cleaned and re-installed and a new fuel pump. Any thoughts???

I haven't figured out search on the new board, either. Not only do I need search, but I need to search the archives to look through the messages from the old board. Is there an estimated date on this? I mean, I'm not trying to add to the hurry, I'm just wondering if we know.

Don't click the link - the forum is linkifying them but that wasn't what I was trying to show.

Take my example one and copy paste the entire text into a google search bar, then just change "MR2" to whatever you want to search for

Just type or paste that into google, then google will only search within that site that you specify.

Well, I was in 2008 and was close to a much better search, but then I left and it kinda languished.

I will say this: search is among the thorniest programming problems I've found. They almost universally suck, even when they're just trying to search one thing. When you've got to deal with things like ranking across content types, scanning everything ... well, it gets pretty ugly pretty fast.
