Looking at a few more pieces for the Saturn now that all the KYB's finally arrived safely, and there's no real good brands jumping out at me. Mevotech makes the parts I need and they look good in photos, but has anybody actually used them?
Thanks!

I've used them in the past for Subaru stuff. At this point, my perception is basically that if it isn't OEM or Moog, it's pretty much all the same Chinese stuff anyways. I haven't had a bad experience, but I guess it's hard to with tie rod ends and ball joints.

i got moog LCA's for the E12 that are made in china. this makes me sad because i work for the company that owns moog, and i don't want chinacrap on my E12.
and back on topic, i have used Mevotech LCAs on my Probe GT and my wife's Odyssey with good results, but each car was broomed within 3 years of installation.
I use Mevotech on all the cars. Holds up fine, have never had a fitment issue or manufacturing defect. Can't say the same for Moog in the last couple years.

About half the Moog stuff is made in China now as they have lower priced stuff to compete with the rest of the crap out there. :*(
I recently bought Quick Steer ball joints for my Dakota, which are made by the same company as Moog. The two uppers I bought have the same part number, but were definitely different manufacturers. One had a grease fitting and looked identical to the Moog one I removed from the truck. The other had no grease fitting, a clear dust boot, and different hardware. For a beater truck that gets weekend-only dump run use, I really could care less (also they were $7 ea. vs $41 ea. for Moogs), but I've heard reports that this is now commonplace with a lot of manufacturers.
I haven't heard anything terrible about the Mevotech stuff yet.
