I've been having the same issue from this thread of calipers rattling over cobblestone/clunks and such. Had a new autozone caliper put on the front passenger side last year and got some clunking initially. Swapped out the springs/clips with new stuff, lubed sliders, and bled the brakes and the problem has not gone away. The caliper itself seems to have some play in it as I can move it on the sliders but all bolts are tight. Car is a 92 1.6l if that makes a difference. I've got a line on a new (used) caliper for cheap but just wanted to check here if there's something I'm missing.

Don't just replace one side, do both sides. One gone, other one not far behind.
