1st picture is a ground, stick it anywhere. (Maybe valve cover?)
2nd one i'm not sure about, but looks like the same connector mazda likes to use for coolant temp sensors.
thats what i suspected on the first one.. the second one.. I am pretty sure it was routed over to the drivers side like that, but dont see where it goes..
It's the type of connector that goes over a metal "spade," right? Does it have to do with EGT? I have a similar connector on the manifold/heatshield of my MSM. (But up by the firewall.)
Its round on the inside, not a spade.. only one connection and the connector is female. There isnt a connection on the exhaust other then the O2 sensor which that is not.
Oil pressure is hooked up, (under intake)
not sure where the temp sensor is located.. gonna dig out my enthuast manual and try to figure out where it is/ if that goes there
The round one is the power steering pump wire. The left one i believe is a ground. It goes to the bolt that is right above your hand in the picture that holds the intake in place, between the intake and the timing cover. There is a rusty bolt on the timing cover. Go directly left and there is a bolt that is partly hidden by a wire bundle. I think that is where it goes (at least on a 1.6L).
THANKS!
enthuast manual confirms it.. I looked at that and didnt think it was a connector, but they have a pic of it in the power steering section hooked up.
