I was looking at the rubber fuel hoses on my 1990 Miata and they look a bit rough, hard, and very old. Does anyone know how much hose I would need to service the car and is the I.D size 5/16? That's about what size it looked like to me, would 100 PSI injection hose be enough?

The current generation fuel injection hose sold by NAPA and other fLAPS is the right material. I do not know how much you need or the diameter, you need to measure and buy some extra, it is not expensive. Don't forget the ones in back and underneath the chassis.
The ones in the back look worse then the fronts lines, was just trying to save time and purchase the parts in advance.
