I'm not sure that's a commercial product, I've not seen one before. Not that I spend much time in that part of the marketplace, but I think it's a custom bit.
Some friends from other boards have identified it. It is a JL AUDIO STEALTH BOX mad for NA Miata's I went to JL's website and they list nothing for a miata anymore.
This was a factory made item by JL. New they were 800 
I put it on ebay to try to get a feel for its value. People have given me a lot of range of cost .
