Someone on here bought a previously stanced miata and it didn't end well for them. Wish I could remember who know.
I think that was pheller.
Since the ad doesn't mention what kind of coilovers they are I would assume they are racelands which are junk.
Also betting they are Racelands
I love the description in the ad that he changes the oil "whenever it needs it". Does that mean "I change the oil every time it runs out"?

I'd at least look at it, but I'm a broke high school student with low standards. YMMV.
Hell I'm 34 and my standards are low enough to buy it even with beat up frame rails. There is some low hanging fruit when it comes to recoop costs in that build.

Besides selling the wheels for not a lot of money I am not seeing a lot of recoup items to sell. What's a non-beat 99 MX-5 go for around there these days? If it's less than, say, 4500 I don't know why anyone would bother with this one.
Eh. I say check in out. If the body seems straight and it's not too beat otherwise, it might be a good deal. And it really depends on your market. I know around here I can't touch a clean NB for less than 5k.

I run from adds like that no matter what I'm looking for. I used to try and deal with (seemingly) dumb sellers and buyers but it seldom worked out and was usually a waste of time.
regarding poorly 'slammed' & 'stanced' cars- in my experience they are driven at a snails pace because that is the only way you can drive them on public roads.
Think of the Instagram followers you'll get with that steering wheel.

Well, I don't have one of those. David s wallens follows me on Twitter though.
I might call or might not. My wife gave me the "you told me never to look at a miata without a hardtop" speech because it's been drilled into her head that if she sees a hardtop miata for 1k or less it's a can't lose proposition.
Bitchin camaro sold this afternoon while i was still working . Was an 81 v6, solid, 2 tone tan over different tan. Perfect ls swap candidate
