Saw that. Landing on a snow ramp was a good idea. Same guy just drove a buggy in the Dakar. He's living right.

One of the Benz's did that into the woods at the '99 24hrs......driver's name escapes me. He did double backflip with a 180* spin in there too.
The key is "succesful" back flip, as in, the car was still intact and drove away under its own power.
I would imagine people with advanced degrees in physics are behind this flippy jump stuff. In fact why let a driver screw it and hurt themselves?

I'd say someone, somewhere, did this a good while ago.....that mini is purpose built, not unlike a monster truck in that regard.

Someone has already done a double backflip in a monster truck where it did one flip, landed and bounced enough to flip it again. I think they are trying to do a double flip without touching the ground now.
