Happy Thanksgiving! I'm thankful that I detected clutch slipping in the wife's Mini before it left her stranded someplace. Its an '07 Cooper S purchased used with just under 19K on the clock. Now it has about 33K and needs some TLC. As it came with the limited slip diff, I suspect the PO was an autocrosser. Now its time to pay the piper for the reasonable purchase price. Based on the research I've done on the web, it seems the clutch is a weak point, so I'm not eager to slap an OEM clutch back in there. I saw the the GRM guys used an OS Giken clutch a while back. Anyone have any other good clutch recommendations or tips? Of course I'll be doing this in my garage -- thats half the fun! Thanks, Rich
