You should be able to do that as long as your installing new bearings. Have the journals on the used crank checked for size/wear before you get new bearings. I would remove the rings from the pistons and install them in the corrrect cylinder and check end gap as well. Don't mix them up, keep the rings and pistons together as a set. However, I would get new rings myself as the rings are worn to the old block you are not using and will not seal as well as a new set would.
