Mitsubishi parts

A friend of mine in Trinidad has a line on a Mitsu Pajero Evo for cheap. Problem is an apparent spun bearing. Nobody on the island knows squat about these little beasties, and he can't find parts. I've been told that the engine is based on the 3.5 Montero, so finding a crank and bearing set should not be too difficult here. Can anybody confirm the engine is like the Montero, and a source for the parts? Thanks, all.

Have your friend contact JNZ Tuning in the U.S. They specialize mostly in DSM and Evo parts, but they can get him any Mitsubishi part he needs.

I did some quick googling, and it does look to use a 3.5 litre engine, so when he contacts JNZ the bearings should be for a 6G74 engine.
