Why oh why and I so obsessed with this steering wheel. I have paid less for running and driving cars before. And why do I always say the name with a bad Italiano accento? Will it a make a me drive o like Mario o ?

I bought one from a fellow autocrosser. It was less than a year old and I've owned it since then; "then" was 1984. That wheel has been on 3 CRX's, one Civic and is currently on the Prelude.
My Monte is older than the car it steers. The leather is badly beaten-up, but I'll re-skin that thing before I consider getting rid of it.

I've got a Personal Fitti in my Civic; it's a great wheel, too. It's been around for eleven years so It's just getting broken-in.
My Monte is only a 320 and it works better with the p/s on the 'Lude. EF Civics have notoriously hard steering at low speed so the 350 Fitti is a better choice.
Hard to go wrong with either one.

I have one of each. I love the way the Monte Carlo looks, but the Fitti feels fantastic in your hands. Sometimes, I swap them just for a little variety.
I need a Monte Carlo at some point. I have a prototipo that I love love love. Such a classic. I refused to sell it with the last car I had it on, for now its decorating a shelf in the house.
Prototypo on the MGB "GT From Hell".
Took three years to find the hub and it will stay with me if the car ever goes away.
