Looking forward to a photo of that. Don't think I've ever seen a Carrera without Fuchs.
I searched pretty hard for a photo before I bought them. I only found a few and they're not the best photos.
These are my wheels on the previous owner's car.
More "Not my car" photos:
I like them on a porsche also.
Out of curiousity what is the bolt pattern, size and offset? Why the germans couldn't come together and decide on one pattern is beyond me, I'd have BMW two piece bbs on my car right now.
I had the 25et offset 15x7 R8s (think Audi Quattro, but deep dish) on one of my Jettas---one of my favorite wheel designs ever. Looks a little like a Team Dynamics Pro Race wheel.
Pe
A little more 80s funk courteous of the fox body family.
Cursed TRX wheels. (Which look great in 17" hoops)

They came factory with Phone Dials and Cookie Cutters. I don't really like Fuchs because everyone has them, and they aren't very light.
You don't see too many 911's with the phone dials, though. I instantly think "early 928" when I think of those wheels. They'd be sweet on an older 911, though.
If anybody wants

Im liking these for my omni but I dont want to redrill any more hubs
since everyone is hotlinking 80's wheels.. can anyone tell me what these things are? they were on my T Type when i bought it and just screamed "I'M FROM THE 80's". they were steel hoops with aluminum centers.
i think i sold them for $50 to someone that needed tires that held air... these are the best pics i have of them.
You should venture over to eBay.uk and score yourself a key chain.

There is a whole lotta win in this thread. I looked at an Camaro IROC Z once upon a time with the same style wheels as in the OP. Love 'em.
I just watched an episode of wheeler dealer and they did a Merc sl that had a absolutely awsome set of wheels on it. They stupidly decided they were horrible and put the ugly as cuss stockers back on it. I wish I knew what those wheels were, if I could find a set I might just have to buy a Mercedes.
GM Bolt pattern Ronal wheels for $200. Looks like they are in great shape. Too bad they are spaced for an older f-body.

Remembering this thread I looked it up after loading this set in my truck tonight
they are 16x7/8 in 5x114; after I gave the guy the money I asked what he had them in and he said "a 68 Shelby mustang" and opened the garage door on what I took to be an indoor pool house. No, it was a garage with twenty 60's cars including a 69 yenko Camaro, 427 badges and a stick shift right inside the door. Crazy collection that was absolutely not visible from the road at all. Super happy to have another set!
In reply to chandler :
This was a fun trip down memory lane.
I still have the Porsche and the Ronal R9 wheels.

I totally remember this thread from when it was new. Seeing it pop back up, I was 10,000% certain this was a zombie canoe...I'm glad that on one of the very rare occasions that I'm wrong, it turns out to be a pleasant surprise.
Great score!
