On the intro to Motor City Motors, the Detroit Bros are standing on top of a building that I assume is in downtown Detroit. Can any body here identify that building?

It's the huge train station just outside of downtown Detroit. Google "ruins of Detroit", and you'll find some interesting info about it (and lots of other auto-related stuff, too).
The train station was completed just before cars were popular, so parking wasn't a consideration. The top two floors were never occupied. This biulding should have had "fail" painted on it from day one. It's now kind of a token of what is wrong with Detroit, politically and economically.
