I've read that MS2/Extra can run 6 ignition outputs, but in the MS2/Extra manual - I don't seem to find anything about the extra spark outputs.
I've ran MS for fuel before, but never ignition. I don't think anyone has successfully ran a Biturbo on Megasquirt, but they are running on VEMS and Haltech.

That page has lots of good info on the ignition setup. So it seems like wasted spark isn't an option.
So is it indeed possible to have 6 ignition outputs in MS2? Would I then be using all of my outputs, not having something available for boost control?

It's possible. You'd start with the notes on 4 spark outputs:

Spark E and F use the ADC output pins, as shown on this list.

There's not much left if you do this, but you could have boost control with one of the IAC outputs. Or you could step up to an MS3 and have plenty of I/O.

Sadly, MS3 is way out of my budget.
Is waste spark not possible with the firing order you're dealing with?
My understanding is that wasted spark is not an option on the odd-fire V6.
I could, and hope that I am, wrong. 1-6-2-5-3-4 is the firing order.
