Ok so currently the cars on my bucket list are as follows; Saab 96, Volvo turbo brick, Grand National or Turbo Regal, Sixth gen F-100, Jaguar MkII, Plymouth Cricket, Triumph TR6, MG T-series, MG Magnette and a Jaguar XJ6 with V8 conversion. Ok so my question is will I, at 6' 2", be able to drive all these cars?
Where there is a will, there is a way.

From your list, I've owned or driven a 96, Volvo 240, G-body GMs, and n '86 XJ-6. I also spent a lot of time in my stepdad's '75 F-100 when I was younger. You'd be fine in any of those. The 96 will obviously be the tighest fit, but you should be fine even in it.
I'm 6'3, 220#, and the only two I'd question would be the T series and Magnette.
YMMV, of course...
I've realized recently that my bucket list is getting a lot longer.
Unfortunately I have a problem with repeat purchases:
I've bought 4 Jeep Cherokees
I've bought 2 Miatas
I have an E30 and an E36 (sort the same thing)
I need to start trying new things!
Yeah, I've had quite a few repeats myself: 5 Mustangs, 3 Broncos, and 2 Celicas (you could call it three considering how often I drove a friend of mine's).
My list doesn't really have specific cars, just specific features or vibes. Like, I definitely want something turbo, something go-kartish, and something that's so evil it scares old ladies (but not so evil that it requires me to feed it unicorn blood to keep it running).
currently holding a 99 durango, 84 z28, 86 325, 86 yamaha 600, 79 fiat spider, and an 85 535. only one has carpet, radio, a/c and an interior.........
my list of wants includes........
an early 80's 528 with an 'enhanced' interior! (i need a new dd)
JEEP (cj yj xj i dont care as long as it is well equipped for trails and obstacles.) could be replaced with .........
late 70's Scout II. (i had one once and it is the only car i still miss. i would ditch the engine in favor of something fuel injected though for the steep climbs)
70 1/2 camaro with a 302
late 60's stingray corvette
mid 70's 240 z
ford gt 40
a nice softail v-twin chopper (prefferably without skulls or glitter painted on it)
ST205 Celica GT4
MR-S
I guess that's about it, actually.
I know the Magnette will work. My main worries are the TR6 and the MG T-series.
Ford "GT"
General Lee replica (right down to the welded doors) except I would run a “Merican” flag on the roof. With a HUGE all aluminum Hemi and updated suspension.
Bandit Edition Trans Am. Or the Year One replica
Replace the 03 Ford Mustang Cobra (Terminator) I should have never sold
Nissan Skyline (crazy trick of course)
2007 WRX Sti with all the goodies
That would be a good start.

I'd save this one for last, since it's very likely you will die in a fiery explosion should the thing ever actually run long enough to propel you forward.
My bucket list?
Jensen Interceptor 'vert. Love them things. Make mine red with biscuit interior, please.
Ford GT, white with blue stripes.
Series One or One and a Half E type, again red/biscuit. I think the passenger riding shotgun should look a little happier than this one, too.
Ones I could possibly afford:
Jensen GT.
Lotus Elise (preowned of course).
Doh! I forgot an important one!
