Volunteering for my first SCCA club race this weekend, double regional fall classic something something, forget the whole name. I just know I've been saying for almost 2 years I wanted to volunteer at a club race, and go to Mid Ohio. Finally getting off my butt and doing it this weekend.
I do miss visiting Mid-Ohio this time of year.

they going to show them on TV? I miss watching them. I love Mid Ohio, but have no intrest in going to the track and spending money watching others race.
If you are hungry I recommend this place, it's pretty awesome and if the owner has the time, ask him how he got that all up there!

You said "today", which was Friday, are they racing Saturday and/or Sunday? I've only been there a couple times, very enjoyable trip. I have to thank Heavy Duty for the restaurant tip, that place looks awesome!
Great track, been there a few times when the SCCA had the Runoffs there.

Just got home a bit ago. Took 800+ photos just on Saturday. Expect some tomorrow, I need Netflix and a couch.

I drove up after work Friday to register and hang out with the racers, and be there early Saturday morning.
