...and I'm a little sad.
It was sold and paid for a couple of weeks ago, but the new owner just came and picked it up today. Fortunately, he's a great guy and I know that it's going to the right place.
Eleven years. The only car that I've ever kept longer was my '89 Civic Si.
Farewell, old friend.

First of all, Duke - Bravo!
Woody:
I had the same feeling when some college kid drove off with my 93 Civic hatch.
I feel your pain.
I also sold my wonderful Miata quite a while back and have regretted it every day since. I absolutely refused to sell it to a guy who wanted to give it to his teenaged son who was talking incessantly about a body kit and stereo system while looking at it in my driveway and instead sold it to some local autocrossing friends. That make it somewhat better but I still miss it.

I had the same feeling when some redneck punks came to pick up my SVT contour, I sold it to them though cause I needed the money!
That situation is like selling your horse to the glue factory. You know it will die an ignoble death.

Oh, it's already been replaced,
but it did involve a thinning of the herd. I sold two cars and bought one.
Would the replacement be the Porsche?
