F-150 with the optional "California" stainless side mirrors. Mirror with a socket, ball & stick below, they flop around over 30 MPH. I tried shooting some silicone adhesive up the ball, no good. It's only $50 each for new ones, but lets try the GRM method.
Delrin-Teflon ball, nothing sticks to it.
WWGRMD?
On most mirrors like that you can press in slightly on the glass. There is usually a spring pressing it into the seal. Then with a pick, pull out the rubber or plastic seal and the glass will fall out. Then you will see if there is an adjustment to tighten up the ball socket.
Disassemble, scuff ball with sandy paper, reassemble?
(Sorry, that's all I got.)

Mine had three small screws on the back that captured the ball. A half a turn on each every few months snugged it right up. You used to also be able to buy just the head for less money and keep your existing arms.
We broke a few trying to over snug the screws. Just a warning.
