I know these cars aren't really popular with a bunch of you guys, but I had a sedan before, and always wanted a coupe. I've been looking around for a good while now. Found this one last week. Advertised price was very good. Price I got it for was plum crazy. Very mechanically solid. New glass, new Bridgestone 760s all around, new pads and rotors on the Brembos. Interior is 9/10. A bit dirty but no rips or tears. Drives awesome. Sounds fantastic. Clutch grabs smooth and hard. No grinding on 3rd or 5th gears. Needs a few common things (window motor and lock actuator). It's by far the best deal I've ever got on a car I actually wanted.
If I can figure out how to put up a pic from Flickr I will. I swear I've done it before, but something seems different now...
Nice! A buddy of mine had one- I loved how it sounded.
Sweet!
I've always liked the G35 sedan and at one point debated between buying one of those or a Lexus GS 300.
Cool car. I've always thought they are nice looking things. I saw one the other day with an aftermarket exhaust that sounded sweet.
Awesome! What a great looking car

Now I want to know what the plum crazy price was.
Nice. One of my college friends just finished an LS1 swap in one of those, crazy fun car
Fliker has put a stop to hot linking photos.
I always thought those were one of the best-looking cars in thier era. And anyone who knows me knows I try to put black wheels on EVERYTHING so thumbs up to that as well!
Extremely nice looking car!
You must be living right. If I was looking for one, what should I spend?
In reply to fornetti14:
Well around here they seem to go around $6-9 for the early (03-04) cars.
I could buy a new set of high end winter tires and wheels and a pair of sway bars and stil be right at that lower end...
I actually prefer the early cars. No oil consumption issues like the 05-06 revup motors and the Brembos are awesome.
I like those coupes too. Thought about buying one a while back.
Congratulations - they're great cars! Check out this one for some good ideas for mods: http://grassrootsmotorsports.com/reader-rides/4831/
I've driven/ridden in that car on several occasions, and it's fantastic. G35s are also great for long-distance trips, as well.
One of my coworkers has one of these. His is a flaming pile of E36 M3, but still a fun, comfortable car. Hope your experience is better than his.
Id consider owning one, except hishas aalmost scared me off.
I don't think people here are anti-G35 or whatever. Every time I see a thread where someone is looking for a car of this type it is mentioned lol
