This is halfway to canoeing I know (If the mods feel its necessary to delete, I understand)... But the last time I threw some pictures up from the last event I know some people would have liked to come out but didnt know about the event. So for those who dont check out the event forum often, here is some info on our next event.
HERE is the link to the event forum page.
Currently looking for 10-12 more drivers (we have a cap of 30 to keep wait time to a standable minimum)
Here is a video of some of the last event. Music isnt my tatse... But lets you see what we do.
drifting is not my bag but great video, you gotta love watching the guy's bumper come off! Can you rent carts there?

Not sure about renting carts (We try to keep it car only)... You dont have to drift! Come and do the time attack! And btw, time attack and those who are drifting are only on the track by themselves... 1 car on the track at a time... The only time we have more than 1 is when people are tandem drifting.
Cool video, no canoe violation.
For anybody else looking at this- We have a pretty slick way to help you promote your events as well. Listing your event on our calendars even gets you a goodie bag with giveaway items for participants.

...Engine parts? I would say that an engine in pieces is DEFINITELY a valid excuse haha. Come out for ride-alongs and spectating if you get tired of working on your car!

For anyone that is attending; I checked the weather and it looks like we have a chance of rain for the event. We run rain or shine, so dont let the rain scare you. If there is lots of lightning we will deal with it accordingly but will continue to run up until then.
Again, sorry mods for always throwing this up on the GRM forum. I just feel like the events forum doesn't get enough coverage.
I believe someone is trailering a miata to the event, not sure who? and Aussiesmg mentioned he may bring his challenge car for some testing. Anyone else plan on coming?
Count me in.... spectator only though (this time).

Sweeeeet. Isnt Eaton like right next to Camden? You certainly dont have too far of a drive lol. Bring some cash, you may end up wanting to do ride alongs.

Yeah, I live less than 10mins from G&J. Can't believe I've been missing this... I knew about the drifting but didn't know they did the grip/autocross portion of the event.

In reply to PS122:
Yeah for the longest time it was just me and a friend battling it out as the only 2 grip entrants. Now for every 1 drifter we have 2 or 3 grip people. Thats why were starting to have classing, I enjoy it a lot. It's a lot more relaxed than your average autocross, no working cones, lots and lots of runs...

I'm trailering my Miata-just because I run race tires and I have no other way to haul them. I grew up in Eaton, and I'm home visiting family. I figured this is one of the cheapest ways for me to get in some track time-and I was driving my truck to Eaton this weekend, anyway.
