At least in Canada NASCAR has the actual broadcast live on their Youtube channel and even better, without commercials. I'd actually follow Indycar/NASCAR if I could get coverage like this all the time rather than constantly being blasted with ads.

Weirdly it doesn't seem to be able to decide if I'm region locked from watching it or not. It plays on my laptop's heavily modified Firefox in its own YouTube tab, but the GRM embed is now giving a region lock error and it's the same on a standard Firefox install on my HTPC.
Yeah, strange. When I try to open it on my Laptop now I get region blocked too but when I posted this thread it worked fine. I'm watching it on my firestick using SmartTube Beta and it is streaming fine. I think someone screwed something up and the stream wasn't supposed to be available everywhere. To be clear I'm in Canada
I caught a bit of it in the work bar tonight. I love watching nascar turn right but damn if they don't care about track limits.
I don't know how the regional blocking thing works but I watched a bit of it on YouTube right here in Austin. If there was a place to be blocked, I would have thought it would be in the local market.

That was great racing for the top 4 all having a chance and everyone keeping it clean. Been very disappointed by past races where blatantly punting someone is "fair" play but these guys had a great battle.
It's a shame the trackhouse cars got together mid race.
