We raced last weekend in the first SCCA race at the new National Corvette Museum Motorsportspark track in Bowling Green, KY. The Grand Course configuration is 3.15 miles, and I,t's amazing that they can get much track in a rather small space. I was a little concerned it might be a bit Mickey mouse, but it is actually a fin, interesting, and challenging track. There are three places I approached top speed with Mid Ohio gears which isn't slow at all. And there are lots of little and big elevation changes that make it interesting.

Here is a link to in car video from one of the races in my old Club Ford, see my avatar. I started first in class, was as low as third at one point, and still won with second place right off of my rear tire.

The facilities aren't done yet (porta potties, no timing tower, very limited spectating) but I'm sure that will come with time. I highly recommend the place.

And that right there is why I've wanted an old Formula car for the past 30 years or so.
