Anybody know of a good Camber setting for an NB with 17" tires? Looking for an aggressive street setup that won't wear the tires too much. For the record, I thoroughly understand alignments, I just don't know what settings would be best for this car. Thanks!

What is your ride height? Spring rates? Desired use? Etc.

I liked my track setup on the street, but I ran low pinch weld heights in the 4.25"/4.75" F/R range.

-3 in front, -2.5 in back, 0 toe all around.

NOTE: This was on R-Comps and 800/500 AST coilovers.

Its stock with the exception of the 17" tires, and its a DD.

Toe will wear tires much faster than camber ever will. You really want to pay attention to your toe settings. I run some pretty wicked camber on my E36 but run almost no toe, and my tires have held up just fine.

Yeah, you won't get much camber at stock height, so just go for all of it.

That's the alignment i ran on the MSM. Really transformed the car.

For the SE, i'm shooting for more like the 949 dual duty alignment or the race alignment, but that's a completely different car.

Two basic schools of thought.

If you're looking for something that's basically an extension of the original setup and have your spring/sway setup tuned to match, you can use these:

If you're running a big fat front sway and no rear sway, this is the sort of alignment that might work better for you:

I use the former on my street car and the latter on my track car.
